Business FunctionRisk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the banks risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure. Job PurposeWith the plan to implement Gen AI suite of deliverables for RMG Consumer Credit, he / she will be providing project support from gathering user requirements, formulating test scenarios/test plans, conducting UAT, deliver training as well as LV support.Suite of deliverables include :

• CISCO Migration [Auto Dialer]
• CASA Sweep
• On Call Widgets & Call Log Transcription & Summarization
• Recovery Scorecard
• Channel / Timing recommendation

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal stakeholders in CBG Credit to understand and scope out their requirement.
• Support the assessment of change proposals and assist in development of documentation of deliverables.
• Work closely with Tech stakeholders and Vendors on user requirements, specification documents.
• Participate in project activities and meetings.
• Review existing functionalities in the existing system [Auto Dialer Alvaria] and ensure availability in the new system
• Close oversight and tracking of project timeline, activities and actionable items
• Prepare, arrange and conduct any training.
• Provide administration support on any adhoc tasks assigned

Requirements

• Degree from recognised university, preferably in Business or Computer Science
• Project management experience preferred
• Knowledge in risk management / credit cards / unsecured loans collection processes will be an advantage
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with good inter-personal and presentation skills
• Meticulous with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
