Job Description
- Handle general enquiries regarding shipments, vessel's ETA and charges
- Interface with customer on shipment booking with respective products
- Preparation of related shipping documents
- Work with respective products in relation to booking arrangement
- Attend to customer queries and complaint
- Sending Pre alert to respective party
- Raising cost sheet for all shipment handled and closed promptly and accurately to the billing team
- To have day to day billings to customers on timely manner
- To check and clear down Station Metric Unbilled and SICK files on timely basis
- Diploma with 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in freight forwarding/ logistics industry preferred
