Whether it's getting your hands on your favourite pasta, kebab or pizza, we believe that no one should have to suffer from hunger attacks ever again. However, this doesn't happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for a qualified person to assist in developing the eco-system for our Digital Payments domain in the region to support our growing Regional team as part of an international team of highly talented and motivated people. As a Fintech Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the entire fintech growth product customer funnel, inclusive of nurturing existing foodpanda customers to fintech product users, focusing on acquisitions, retention and reactivation of lapsed users
• Manage existing relationships with banks, payments, other financial technology companies to execute win-win campaigns and partnerships across consumer and our merchant partner verticals
• Working in close cooperation with all divisions across local, regional and global Payments Team as well as with several other cross functional departments;
• Set up performance dashboards and undertake regular analysis and campaign optimisations
• Design and launch programs with channel partners that will drive distinct value for foodpanda ecosystem
• Using knowledge of different customer segments to develop targeted value that drive key metrics for strategic foodpanda markets
• Support and influencing local and regional product teams to set up and run growth experiments
• Coordinate with local market teams to ensure Fintech products and synergies are made at a country level as well;

• Demonstrate basic credit knowledge with the ability to articulate levers to mitigate financial risk
• Experience with SME financing and/or wallet experience will be a plus payment
• More than 3 experience working in a company that offers SME financing or digital payment solutions
• Prior experience in data analytics and marketing segmentation
• Strong project management and organisational skills; coordinate complex projects along with demonstrating resourcefulness in an unstructured environment
• Very strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work independently if required, and learn quickly and adapt to different roles in a growing team
• A sense of urgency, pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
