We are currently in search for a highly driven and motivated Specialist, Operations Performance (APAC) to support our regional team based in Singapore. The Regional Marketplace vertical looks over the Groceries, Convenience Store, Pharmacies or any other non-restaurant vendor. In the role you will work closely with the country teams and regional leadership as a key driver in the last mile delivery for the business. Your role will involve regular deep dives into our on-ground as well as product operations, and act as a performance analyst for the team

Responsibilities:

• Deepdive into daily operations to identify gaps and propose solutions accordingly
• Work with multiple sources of data to troubleshoot operational problems
• Act as a bridge between the local country teams and regional tech teams to investigate and escalate issues/bugs.
• Coordinate and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including local country teams to understand challenges and opportunities.
• Review day-to-day operational processes, identify areas of improvement and make actionable recommendations to achieve KPI targets.
• Do Project Management for new product launches
• Monitor all countries\' performance with a strong focus on target achievement
• Support ad-hoc data requests

Requirements:

• Education in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or any other analytical field
• Analytical mindset and business acumen with ability to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and to take actions based on findings
• Must be extremely detail oriented and have a problem solving attitude
• Excellent analytical skills, including working knowledge of analytics tools (SQL, Data Studio, Tableau) is a must
• Quick learner and proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to solve complex operational problems
