Summary You will be part of the Technical, Regulatory and Projects team and will be key to provide technical support for route planning and data analytics.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to to optimize Flight Operations for the growth of our operational needs.

Strong data analytics skills and demonstrated ability to drive change management and continuous improvements will be key to succeed in this role.



Key Responsibilities:

• Flight Operations - Route Planning & Procedures
• Serve as the product expert of applicable Flight Operations systems (Flight Planning)
• To support and manage database maintenance for Flight Planning system
• Work with internal stakeholders to identify gaps, improve processes/productivity, enhance automations.
• Communicate business requirements and priorities to the stakeholders and vendors.
• Provide support to manager in the transformation of current & new initiatives and innovation of solutions to improve operational safety, efficiency and competency.
• Conduct and perform product evaluation and user acceptance testing (UAT) together with project team, stakeholders and users.

• Establish, produce and present monthly Flight Operations data reports (Including Fuel, FDP, Weather etc).
• To work with stakeholders to build data analytics dashboards that covers all aspects of Flight Operations.
• Using data analytics to identify, support and drive business decisions.

• Any other administrative tasks that may be assigned.

• Preferably a Degree in related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Good knowledge in Aviation Industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good in Mathematics.
• Knowledge in XML is an advantage
• Good communicative and inter-personal skills and the ability to write, speak and present clearly and to interact with co-workers of all levels.
• Ability to multi-task, pay attention to details, analyse, rationalise in solving problems and work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
