Departmental Functions
Ensure proper handing/taking over of duties.
Able to adjust to working hours based on operations / events.
AM shift starts at 0700hrs except on Sundays at 0500hrs (New Creation Church operations).
Conduct daily rounds / walk through and ensure the rooms are clean and ready for the events of the day.
Conduct Public Area Department (PAD) daily briefing, which covers events of day and WSH aspects.
Conduct daily rounds to ensure TM on duty to ensure meeting rooms, halls, staircases and washrooms always kept highest standard of cleanliness, according to department\'s standard.
To report defects to Facilities team.
Ensure compliance of WSH regulations and report any violations to WSH WhatsApp group.
Assist with DILAP check for events.
To work closely with Public Area Department (PAD) department and supervise cleaning activities
(Cleaning is an exclusive service in MBS).
Support sustainability initiatives such as offsite sorting, waste removal, recycle bin and recycle trash bag stand and impact statement.
Check halls before they are released for car park usage.
Ensure carpeted conference space are vacuumed and cleaned and all eco, recycle bins or expo bins are cleared daily.
Ensure exhibition halls are cleaned and scrubbed before event move-in.
Ensure no equipment and tools are left behind by the end of every event.
Responsible for updating all daily follow-ups.
Able to utilize EBMS and expo calendar to keep updated on events.
Perform control checks on all cleaning equipment, inventory, maintenance, and repairs monthly.
Handle and operate cleaning equipment.
Able to operate forklift and handle scrubber machine whenever required.
To attend all meetings and trainings required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Able to multi-tasks and work under pressure.
Excellent command of English, Chinese and one other language a plus.
Get along with fellow team members/other Departments and work as a team.
Be willing to work any day of the week and any shift, long hours when necessary.
Must have the stamina to be able to walk a significant distance during daily routine checking.
Positive attitude, self-motivated with lots of initiative.
Possess excellent interpersonal, customer services and communication skills.

Proof of authorization / eligibility to work in Singapore (applicable to non-Singaporean).
Experience in or related industry is an advantage
An added advantage to have the prescribed qualifications
Minimum one to two years as supervisor in housekeeping or service-related field required.
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
To have valid forklift license
To be able to operate scrubber machine
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work could be physically demanding at times during a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful space and environment.
Will be required to work outdoors as and when need arises. To maintain physical stamina during traffic marshalling and to be able to walk a significant distance during patrolling.
Maintain proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with guests, management, team members, and outside contractors while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
