Role Responsibilities Job Summary * The role holder will be primarily responsible for Outsource Vendor Management and Governance. * The role holder is expected to manage vendor SLA review, Contract review with SCM team, conduct Monthly Servic Role Responsibilities Job Summary The role holder will be primarily responsible for Outsource Vendor Management and Governance. The role holder is expected to manage vendor SLA review, Contract review with SCM team, conduct Monthly Service Review Meeting and follow through with action plans, yearly site visit and BCP execution. To continuously monitor the stock position at the vendor site through reports and raise necessary orders to ensure no shortfall of stock situation. The role holder shall be responsible for ensuring vendor is in compliance with Group Policy and Standards local laws and regulations, controls and procedure of the Bank. The role holder shall be responsible for timely completion for documents eg PRR, TPSA as required by Outsourcing Governance. The role holder shall be responsible for resolving client complaints and queries pertaining to the areas under his / her responsibility. The role holder is expected to continuously review the opportunities to improve processes that may result in efficiencies, and proactively work toward risk mitigation, etc. Strategy Drive culture of continuous improvement through adopting new ways of working. Drive seamless change delivery through effective project management and business support. Outsource Vendor Management and monitor vendor SLA Risk Management Pro-active and effective risk management focussing on improving self-identification of issues to reduce residual risk with strong governance and focus on external outsourced partners, controls and conduct. Timely submission of documents as required by Outsourcing Governance. Regulatory and Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
