We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Specialist, Product Development.

Principal Responsibilities

• Support product creation by:

• researching customer segments and demands
• performing competitor analysis
• gathering feedback through marketing surveys or customer / distribution focus groups
• Support product launch by:

• doing documentation of Product Specs and working with various departments to submit system requirements
• creating point-of-sales documents and ensuring they comply with regulatory requirements
• working with marketing, digital and training teams to create marketing collaterals, training slides and other sales support tools
• monitoring the sales performance of the product after launch
• Handle products related queries from other departments or advisers.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant product development experience in life insurance industry
• In depth knowledge of Singapore life insurance market and products is a plus
• Keen and fast learner
• Detail oriented
• Able to perform in a fast pace and demanding environment by having a resilient and solution-oriented mindset
• Good communication and marketing skills
• Enjoys collaborating with people of various background
