Title and Summary

Specialist, Product Management

Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Regional Small Business Product Management team based in our Singapore office. The individual will be responsible for developing & supporting various initiatives for the Small Business Payment to grow our market share across the Asia Pacific region.
Role:
The key objectives of this role are to drive growth of the Small Business payment solutions, and achieve agreed targets in terms of new wins, GDV, revenue and/or share through the following activities:

• Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across our markets to support new card product launches, benefits, features and/or enhancements and go-to-market initiatives
• Partner with Specialist Sales teams to drive commercialisation of new or existing products, solutions and partnerships, which includes working with the Account and Sales teams to build exciting customer pitches and presentations
• Monitor the landscape of competitive products and industry trends via desktop research or primary research engagements, understand their implications on the Mastercard Small Business cards portfolio, and make the necessary adjustments to our core value propositions
• Effectively communicate the launch of new products, services & platforms and/or enhancements to internal stakeholders and external customers through bulletin announcements, briefing sessions, PR, customer pitches, etc
• Manage business analytics for the Small Business portfolio through generating regular reports and dashboards, and performing analysis, identifying growth opportunities for the benefit of multiple stakeholders in the markets, region and global teams
• Manage sales pipeline and reporting
• Provide support in the participation of relevant Mastercard and industry events, and in marketing & communications initiatives that help uplift Mastercard\xe2\x80\x99s brand and reputation within the Small Business space

All About You:

• Demonstrable experience in the commercial segment, debit/credit programs, particularly in the small business segment, experience in issuing an advantage
• Skilled at management reporting and gathering insights from granular data in order to influence decision making. Experience in data analytics and data visualization is a plus
• Strong team player with good communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to operate within a cross-functional team environment
• Good at coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor\'s degree holder
• Strong in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
