Roles & Responsibilities
As a specialist for the Programme, you will be part of the team to:
1) Verify application and claim documents submitted by Companies are complete and accurate
2) Process the applications and claims received within the service standard timeline
3) Execute data cleaning strategies for the data migration journey
Job Responsibilities
- Work with Companies on the grant management including verifying application and claim supporting documents
- Provide companies with guidance and advice pertaining to the Programme
- Process applications and claims submitted by companies promptly
- Maintain and submit timely Programme reports on KPIs, grant commitment and utilisation, etc
- Provide and facilitate profiling of success stories of companies which participated in the Programme
- Perform data cleaning to support the data migration journey
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
- Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an eye for details.
- High level of initiative with good time management and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Experience in data migration will be an added advantage
