Porsche Asia Pacific is offering a vacancy as Specialist/Manager Sales Qualification for the Singapore retail staff within its Business Development team.

• Localise the regional People Excellence Strategy for Porsche in Singapore, and design, develop and implement the annual non-technical training plan based on recurring training needs analyses of the Singapore retail staff
• Conduct all relevant product trainings \xe2\x80\x93 supplemented by brand-, sales process- and skills trainings
• Manage the delivery of non-technical vocational qualification and certification, retail coaching and soft skills trainings
• Manage the agency accounts, budgets and deliverables for all Singapore retail-related People Excellence projects and processes
• Identify and implement solutions supporting continuous competency development

QualificationsQualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, or relevant other degree
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, 2 of which should be in training, learning and development or related business area
• Previous experience with premium automotive, preferably on retail level \xe2\x80\x93 and willingness to work in a multicultural setting
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Certification under WSQ\xe2\x80\x99s Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP or ACTA) is a plus
