Specialized Nutrition ManagerCompany: DANONELocation: SingaporeResponsibilities in this role

• Drive and champion our ambition as a credible leader in infant nutrition
• Manage a team of Healthcare Nutrition Solution Executives and a group of key Healthcare Professionals in the territory assigned to you
• Uncover the healthcare customer\'s (HCPs) needs and to provide suitable nutritional solutions
• Gain the healthcare professionals recommendation/endorsement for our range of products and to ensure plans and activities are implemented effectively to achieve the function goals and objectives
• Create a high performing team, addressing HCP\'s needs in a tightly regulated environment, keeping constant contact with key customers and Key Opinion Leaders
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain all product information and hand outs and answer any question from the Healthcare Professionals
• Review business plan in line with cycle objectives on a quarterly basis with the HCP Field Force National Manager Malaysia & Singapore
• Plan, monitor & analyze performance, reporting & review results and insights and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts regarding all core products
• Provide On-the job trainings to develop performance, demonstrate in-field best practices
• Ensure demand forecast accuracy based on analysis of past trends and calculation of current trend
• Build strong and effective working relationships internal and external
• Organize local symposia/seminars with the Healthcare Professionals as required
• Act in alignment with compliance and regulatory expectations

About You

• Scientific degree (Medical D, Pharm D, major in scientific field are preferred), Degree in nutrition
• Well versed with current issues related to infant nutrition and food science
• High level of computer literacy
• Possess in depth knowledge of the industry, products, business environment and best practices
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years in a supervisory position or have experience in leading work groups preferred
• Good interpersonal skills
• Team player
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Language
• Agile to adapt quickly to new environment
• Reliable with a resulted oriented mind set and track record of delivery against commitments with limited supervision
• Possess a valid driving license and owns a car
