Speech Therapist
Job Description
Provide professional consultation and treatment to patients.
Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans based on patient assessments.
Adhere strictly to clinical protocols and procedures.
Communicate therapy goals and care plans with patients and/or caregivers.
Train and supervise therapy assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Assist in organizing staff schedules and managing caseload coverage.
