Performing multiple roles is required, covering duties such as Pool Guardian, Fitness Champion, Programme Lead, and Front Desk Services depending on operations deployment needs. Training will be provided. In this role, you will, \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to guest enquiry, handle public feedback, process refund and assist daily bookings of respective facilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform daily reconciliation of accounts and ensure compliance to financial standard operating procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Enforce swimming pool rules and regulation to ensure water safety. \xe2\x80\xa2 Scan the water and surrounding areas to recognise signs of danger, unsafe behaviour and water conditions to prevent incidents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support swimming pool pump room operations and work with Facilities Management team to ensure pump room equipment are functional. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in land rescue, through administering first aid/ CPR/ AED and care for the victim if required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the daily gym operations and provide guidance to part-time staff to ensure service excellence delivery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct and simple fitness and exercise programmes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the planning of programmes and promote programmes and events happening across ActiveSG. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with external instructor, ensuring adequate time is catered for members to sign up for programme. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and set up venue prior to major events/competitions and ensure all facilities and equipment are ready for use. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing any other ad-hoc matters.What we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Background in Sports or the Sports Industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Qualification in Fitness Studies/Sports Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) credential \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer-centric with excellent interpersonal and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong standards towards customer safety in line with our SOP \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays \xe2\x80\xa2 Well-organised and able to multi-task The level of offer will commensurate with applicants\' experience and track records.
