Swimwerks Aquatic Training & Services is established in 2015 with a vision to promote water safety and equip individuals with swimming and lifesaving skills. With more than 5 years of expertise and collaboration with industry partners, Swimwerks Asia Pte. Ltd. was established in 2020. We have since expanded our services across to the corporate and government sectors. Our portfolio includes; Lifeguard Services, Learn to Swim Programs, Swimming Instructor Courses, Lifesaving Courses, Aqua Fitness Programs, Lifesaving Technologies, Aquatic Event Management, and aquatic products. Swimwerks aim to be the preferred one stop aquatic hub in Singapore and Asia Pacific by the year 2028.


Responsibilities:

• The candidate shall drive the "Learn to Swim" portfolio sales process from leads generation to customer engagement, qualifying, consultation, closure and after sales
• Follow up with sales opportunities closely and close the deals effectively
• Research and recommend new market opportunities
• Network, build, maintain relationship with clients and prospects
• Handle operational issues and ensure issues are resolved in a proper and timely manner
• Resolve customers\xe2\x80\x99 concern, and provide feedback & solution
• Identify process gaps within the department and drive improvement
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company and its subsidiaries

Requirements:

• Have the Hunter and Farmer attributes in you
• Confident & fearless mentality
• Have the business sense in you (Quickness in understanding & dealing with a business situation)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous, organized, and keen eye for details
• Knowledge of MS Office software
• An advantage if the candidate is a certified Swimming Instructor
• Entry level are welcome to apply
