Seeking for Candidates with strong accounting/finance knowledge for a Highly visible role supporting company management in setting financial plans, preparing management reports, identifying risk and opportunities and making strategic investments. The role also supports the monthly accounting close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing high-quality forecasts and recommendations.
  • Conduct variance analysis, and partner with business to understand drivers of change.
  • Conduct scenario/financial modelling for strategic initiatives, including financing options.
  • Monitor cash balances and prepare short-term and long-term cash forecasts.
  • Assist in setting and tracking KPIs, and proactively recommend improvements across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Assist/Monitor the monthly accounting close, ensuring journal entries are accurate and timely.
Reporting
  • Prepare management and statutory reports for internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports that present useful financial data for senior management.
  • Drive automation and improve reporting efficiency using tools like Power BI.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Possess professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) or a Chartered Accountant (MIA/ISCA) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience, preferably in Big 4 audit, management accounting, or related functions.
  • Strong command of financial planning and budgeting methodologies.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficient/ advanced in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint , Power BI/similar tool.
  • Experience in Oracle /SAP systems is preferred.
  • Experience in basic programming language (Eg: SQL) is preferred.
