Key Responsibilities
Experience from AI Solutioning Background is very relevant and helpful for this role
1. AI Solutions Sales & Consultative Engagement
Engage with enterprise customers to understand their AI transformation goals and position Lenovo's AI hardware, software, and services portfolio as tailored solutions.
Translate complex business needs into solution proposals that leverage Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI technologies.
Collaborate closely with internal architecture and engineering teams (e.g., Nixon's team) to design the appropriate end-to-end AI infrastructure.
Conduct customer workshops, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and demos to demonstrate Lenovo's AI capabilities and value.
Serve as a trusted AI advisor to C-level executives, positioning Lenovo as a strategic AI innovation partner.
2. Sales Leadership & Go-to-Market Execution
Identify and pursue new AI sales opportunities through account-based strategies and ecosystem partnerships.
Drive pipeline creation and deal progression, collaborating with Account Managers and the One Lenovo sales organization.
Execute go-to-market strategies for Lenovo's AI offerings, focusing on key verticals such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Public Sector.
Represent Lenovo's AI capabilities at customer forums, industry events, and partner engagements.
Provide market and competitive insights to influence product and services strategy.
3. Collaboration & Enablement
Partner with NVIDIA, ISVs, and cloud providers to develop co-sell-ready AI solutions and reference architectures.
Support internal sales and presales enablement through AI-focused sales playbooks, training sessions, and solution guides.
Work cross-functionally with delivery, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Position Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
8+ years of experience in AI Solution Sales, Pre-Sales Consulting, or Enterprise Account Management.
Proven track record in selling or positioning AI-driven solutions to large enterprise clients, ideally with exposure to solution architecture concepts.
Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning frameworks.
Familiarity with NVIDIA's AI stack (CUDA, Triton, NGC, DGX, etc.) and GPU-based infrastructure.
Knowledge of AI infrastructure components -- servers, storage, MLOps, and edge computing.
Awareness of AI deployment models, data pipelines, and cloud integration (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Business & Communication Skills
Demonstrated ability to articulate AI business value and ROI to both technical and executive stakeholders.
Strong negotiation, account management, and deal-closing skills.
Excellent presentation and communication capabilities, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.
Experience in Edge AI or IoT solution selling is an advantage.
Preferred Certifications
NVIDIA AI Infrastructure and Sales Enablement Certifications.
Cloud or AI/ML Solution Architecture certifications from AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred but not mandatory).
