HR Total Rewards purpose is to attract, motivate and retain valued employees through compensation, benefits, wellbeing, performance, mobility and recognition utilizing the development of market competitive programs, methodologies, technologies, and effective communication strategies.

About the role - you will:

  • Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Business Units (BUs) in Singapore to develop, enhance Company\'s total rewards policies and programs.
  • Support the implementation of Global Total Rewards Processes and Programs at a local level and in compliance with local legislation and regulations.
  • Support the annual compensation review process which includes reviewing of benchmark jobs, salary structures for all pay levels, entry level salary review, etc.
  • Review, develop and implement local compensation and benefit programs, including health, retirement and well-being benefits, in close collaboration with local stakeholders. This includes analyzing data, performing cost simulations, develop communication toolkits for HR community, management and employees.
  • Oversee the benefits administration by partnering with both internal (HR Shared Services) and external vendors to ensure smooth medical claims, Medical Benefits Enrollment, Leave System Administration, etc).
  • Drive employees\' engagement by working with internal and external stakeholders to organise well being events across all job levels.
  • Analyze findings in the market benchmarking reports to identify trends, and propose appropriate response strategies.
  • Participate in Audits (Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), Pay Equity, etc)
  • Update and maintain Total Rewards Policies for Singapore and other APAC countries.
  • Optimize and transform and improve processes, preferably enabled with technology and analytics.
  • Participate in projects related to total rewards across all job levels, including system UAT.
About you:
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for identifying and evaluating different approaches to define and resolve issues
  • Detailed oriented, analytical, able to work independently and high initiative.
  • Analytical with a strategic acumen to anticipate business needs.
  • Able to work with ambiguity and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Your experience includes:
  • Desired Diploma/University degree with professional training, or similar qualifications. Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits in a large business organization.
  • Familiar with the Singapore Employment Law
