Your Job

Perform FIB (Focused-ion beam) milling for TEM sample preparation and failure analysis on various Tech-node IC devices for line process monitoring, yield improvement and new product development.

Work in FA lab environment and perform all pre-FIB related works such as sample delayering and coating.

Opportunity to work on TEM imaging failure analysis.

Comply with Lab EHS and safety rules and collaborate with Lab team on the lab housekeeping/audits.

Able to work in night shift.

Required Qualification

Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related subjects.

Prior experience with SEM/FIB is preferred.

Basic knowledge on semiconductor devices and manufacturing processes.

Solid communication, fast learning, and problem-solving skills.

Passionate on IC failure analysis with team spirit
