Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries directed to the HR shared services team.
Manage the pre-employment process including preparation of contracts , and coordination of pre-employment health screenings. Ensure all pre-employment is complete and compliant with organizational policies and local regulations.
Coordinate and execute the on-boarding process for new hires including preparing welcome kits, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary access rights and equipment are arranged before employee's first day.
Maintain and update HR databases with new hire information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee records.
Liaising with Statutory agency / governing body on the application, renewal, and cancellation of all work passes.
Assist in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Be a key team member in the HRSS expansion project
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Training/Experience
+ Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
+ Proven experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a HR or shared services environment will be an advantage.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SuccessFactor.
