Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and maximise sales lead generation through Social Media, Digital and Web based platforms
• Pursuit of leads generated through digital enquiries
• Marketing opportunities and advertisements placed through Digital & Social Media platforms
• Perusal of Digital and Social Media platforms to source sales leads and opportunities
• Coordinate follow-up activities with direct Sales representatives
• Update data of customer accounts through CRM
• Receive and follow-up of customer requests
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Know the company’s mission and values with respect to HS&E non-negotiable behaviours and performance
• Participate in RMC’s Safety first culture and report all unsafe acts and observations
• Ensure duty of care obligations are adhered to and you participate in the workplace in a safe manner at all times
• Participate in training to obtain the appropriate skills and experience safely perform role
• Adhere to RMC’s policies and procedures at all times
• Act in accordance with RMC’s Vision & Values and positively contribute to the company’s positive culture
