Role Overview:

Lead cross-functional communication between Finance transformation and all relevant DT teams for global systems.

Support the definition of the Finance transformation implementation Roadmap

  • Identification of initiatives to deliver the E2E processes
  • Prioritization according to impact and complexity
Partner Global JD Edwards (GJDE) sustain team to review & resolve system operational issues / break fixes escalated to Finance Transformation
  • Work with GJDE to solve system issues to the root cause, for example
  • Work with DT and business entities to implement sustainable solutions
Act as Finance Transformation technical support contact for system automation projects for Otis Global Service Center (OGSC) and non-GJDE entities.

Work with Global Finance Transformation, OGSC finance, business entities and global DT to develop automation capabilities to achieve productivity savings in line with the defined E2E processes for OGSC and non-GJDE entities.

Define the Master data strategy, including the flow & mapping between the different global systems
  • Workday, Concur, Payroll, Treasury systems, ERPs\xe2\x80\xa6..and ensure this is included into gap analysis of new systems
Global technical expert for Qlik harmonization/ champion for PowerBI / advanced excel automation
  • Support global Qlik harmonization (including dashboards) in close collaboration with \'plan to actual\' workstream.
  • Provide training / capability building to business entities and finance team.
  • Lead and support automation opportunities using PowerBI / advanced excel
  • Tracks the benefits of technical enhancements/projects.
Required Skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with 8+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
  • Very good language skills in English
  • Desire and ability to work across international zones and countries
  • Ability to create and interpret flowcharts, schedules, budgets, and step-by-step action plans
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Travel ~ 25%
