In this role, you will be the active driver of operational performance, innovation, and commercial growth, and you will be measured on these metrics. You will engage with the relevant Business and Functional leaders to: identify and continuously improve business processes where performance improvements are required; drive a DBS mindset and ensure an appropriate foundation of DBS skills in the organization; and provide coaching and training to senior leaders and associates as they enable process improvements and sustain their results using DBS tools, analytics, and improved performance reporting. For successful leaders, this role has runway to more senior leadership opportunities.This position is part of Pall\xe2\x80\x99s DBS Organization and will be located preferably in Singapore.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide business thought leadership to drive change and stretch boundaries for better outcomes and use their intellectual curiosity to identify and solve the most critical customer and business problems.
• Drive process improvement and cross-functional communication by fostering a DBS mindset at all levels of the organization by demonstrating the value of DBS through active engagement and successful problem solving.
• Facilitate business planning and strategy development and align DBS initiatives with business priorities. Define, develop, and deliver MicroE\xe2\x80\x99s DBS strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Drive DBS immersion for leaders and mentor business DBSLs in applying DBS. Identify and develop DBS talent, build a talent pipeline, and facilitate certification processes.
• Establish and implement Obeya/Growth rooms for effective collaboration.
• Review commercial growth success with Business Unit and commercial leaders, form assessment of BU\xe2\x80\x99s success in \xe2\x80\x9cleading through DBS\xe2\x80\x9d in the BU\xe2\x80\x99s commercial areas.
• Guide and sustain the Kaizen process, provide training on key DBS tools, and conduct reviews and periodically assess the success of DBS implementation in the organization and drive DBS capability.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• The successful candidate\xe2\x80\x99s educational background will include an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Operations, or another relevant industry-related field with a minimum or 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience.
• Have successfully executed global leadership roles, ideally with background and experience in Industrial and Manufacturing businesses producing products in a complex and highly regulated global environment.
• Prior DBS role(s) held across multiple business units/functions/regions with experience in lean, or commercial business process experience preferred.
• Demonstrates key leadership traits including integrity, adaptability, vision, judgment, courage and passion.
• Proven ability as a strategic leader that effectively prioritizes and leads in a complex, large-scale matrix organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead an organization through significant change without losing momentum; ability to inspire continuous focus on key business drivers, as well as Pall\xe2\x80\x99s mission and values.
• Ability to partner and communicate effectively with Site, Functional, and BU leadership, and other Danaher operating businesses.
