About our group:
Sputtering is the heart of media process in recording media organization. You will be working on some world-class technologies and machines in sputtering. We provide great learning opportunity and knowledge such as vacuum system, vacuum pumps, PLC, controls, sensors, gas analyzers and many more. We are looking for self-motivated, energetic team player to be part of our team to grow together. We also work closely with engineering and process team that provide constant improvement to the efficiency of the tool. About the role - you will:
- Perform preventive maintenance of the sputtering tool.
- Execute equipment trouble shooting and follow up on chronic machine issues.
- Lead team of technicians to maintain and improve OEE.
- Work with cross functional teams for continuous improvement and stability of the tool.
About you:
- Diploma in Engineering or related field
- Positive working attitude and adaptable
- Team player with problem-solving skill
- Willing to work on Shift Type: Permanent 12-hour Night
- Willing to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Familiar with Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Leadership skill and able to to work under minimum supervision
Your experience includes:
- Relevant experience in equipment predictive and preventive maintenance.
- Working experience in PLC controls, vacuum technology, equipment maintenance is added advantage
- Effective hands on trouble shooting on equipment maintenance issues
- Ability to work effectively with other teams for continuous improvement

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore. housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT station, with many employees taking mass-transportation to work. Ample free on-site parking is also available.
