We are a dynamic equipment maintenance team providing technical support and services to Media Process and Production. About the role - you will:

• Deploy and sustain Lean Manufacturing program.
• Support Equipment Safety Program.
• Support Customer, Quality Management System and EHS audits.
• Perform root cause analysis to reduce product defects.
• Initiate ideas on equipment OEE and productivity improvement, safety hazard and cost-saving projects
• Be trained to utilize data analytics and machine learning applications for tool troubleshooting and your feedback will be sought after for further improvements.
• Have the opportunity for continual learning and growth.

About you:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related Engineering Diploma.
• Self-motivated and positive working attitude.
• Team player with good problem-solving skill.

Your experience includes:

• Experienced in related manufacturing background
• Experienced in related Equipment maintenance in a hi-tech manufacturing setting.
• Relevant experience will be an advantage.

Location:

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass-transportation to work. Ample free on-site parking is also available.
