About the role - you will:

Deploy and sustain Lean Manufacturing program. Support Equipment Safety Program. Support Customer, Quality Management System and EHS audits. Perform root cause analysis to reduce product defects. Initiate ideas on equipment OEE and productivity improvement, safety hazards and cost saving reduction projects. Be trained to utilize data analytics and machine learning applications for tool troubleshooting and AI/GenAI to boost operational efficiency. Have the opportunities for continual learning and growth.

Self-motivated and positive working attitude. Team player with good problem-solving skill and analytical skills. Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment. Willing to work on normal office hours working shift.

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
