Being part of the Clinical and Patient Engagement Office, you will support the operationalization of the Hospital\'s strategic Quality & Clinical Governance Plan, specifically in clinical feedback management and medico-legal dispute resolution. You will act as a key liaison and perform investigations, facilitate meetings and replies and undertake negotiations with relevant parties. In addition, you will implement initiatives and identify learning opportunities to enhance patient-clinician engagement. You will also assist with the preparation of department/management reports and analysis. Requirements
