Job Description


:

  • Plan, manage and execute L&D initiatives, including Learning Needs Analysis and competency frameworks.
  • Develop impactful soft skills training content (e.g. problem-solving, effective presentations) with clear outcomes.
  • Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to craft engaging, learner-centered experiences that promote practical application.
  • Deliver impactful training sessions tailored to employees at various levels, ensuring effective skill development.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills to handle multiple L&D programs simultaneously, ensuring smooth and timely delivery, including management programmes and 360 implementation.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to address learning needs and curate training content.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of working experience in the learning & development field. Prior experience in leadership training and eLearning creation is a plus.
  • A good degree from a reputable university
  • A deep passion for people, culture, and continuous learning
  • Highly organized and meticulous
  • Strong proficiency in content creation, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and results orientation
  • Proactive and capable of working independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A fast learner with strong coordination abilities and project management expertise
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
