The Executive will support the organisation\'s strategic growth and development in the area of Value Based Care (VBC) under Clinical & Academic Development. The primary responsibilities and duties include supporting the Director on strategic planning across NHG, assisting in work plan formulation, and facilitating the translation of technical requirements into a visualisation for data analysis to enable performance measurement.

The individual will collaborate with cluster-wide multi-disciplinary teams, and external stakeholders such as the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Synapxe to align processes and resources planning to the Division\'s overall VBC strategy.

The individual will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals, data analyst, Finance department and IT teams to conduct analysis using healthcare data, build and maintain dashboards to drive value-based care initiatives across NHG cluster.
