Job Description

Manage schedule of projects in your team Leads multiple number of employees as Team Leader Develop characters and game screen, and create animations using them. Create concept art regarding given arrangement/instruction. Prepare storyboards and contribute on animations plans. Make team members understand graphics color theory and other technical issues. Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials. Completes project by coordinating with superior/manager and meets set deadline. Works closely with other artists, game designers and programmers to create new and interesting gaming concepts.Qualifications: Must have experience as a game creator using Unity. Must have graduated from a creative multimedia, art, design or IT related course. Must have experience as a 2D graphical artist. Must have knowledge of editing software (Adobe). Drawing skills, understanding of perspective and skeletal structure. Good eye for detail and high quality standards. Possess mentorship, leadership and management skills. Have the ability to conceptualize and contribute in game planning. Have experience leading a small team. Have at least 3 years of experience in the game industry. Have a passion for games and a good understanding of what it takes to make a game visually appealing and fun. Ability to collaborate with other artists and programmers.
