Manage schedule of projects in your team Leads multiple number of employees as Team Leader Mainly responsible for creating character designs, symbol and background designs Develop characters and game screen layout and design Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art regarding arrangement, size type and styles Prepare storyboards and contribute on animations plans Understand color theory and other technical issues in graphics Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials Completes project by coordinating with superior/manager and meets set deadline Works closely with other artists, game designers and programmers to create new and interesting gaming conceptsQualifications:Graduate of Creative Multimedia/Arts/Design or any IT related course Working knowledge in any editing software's (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustration) Drawing Skills, understanding perspective, understanding skeleton structure With good eye for details and high standards for quality Has mentor ship, Leadership and Management Skills Able to conceptualize and contribute in game planning Has Experience to lead a small team At least 3 years of experience in Gaming Industry Have a passion for games and a good understanding of what makes a game visually appealing and fun to play Ability to work with other artists and programmers Good Communication SkillsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per monthBenefits:
