Looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Senior Associate to join our AI Platform Strategy team. This role focuses on translating business requirements into actionable, delivery-ready solution plans for AI, GenAI, and ML use cases. The role works closely with the AI Solutions team, who will deliver the build, while being accountable for producing clear, complete solution plans.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities Produce solution plans that clearly outline scope, timeline, cost, resource needs, and dependencies Collaborate actively with the AI Solutions team to ensure plans are actionable and align with platform capabilities Act as a bridge between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring clarity and feasibility Apply pre-sales style soft skills: influencing without authority, presenting proposals, handling objections, and building consensus Ensure all plans align with governance, compliance, and platform readiness requirements Track progress of approved solution plans during delivery and flag risks or deviations to stakeholders Support post-deployment review to ensure business requirements were met Gather lessons learned to improve future solution planning processes

Key Requirements

o Experience in AI/ML program delivery, product implementation, or business analysis


Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills Commercial awareness and ability to articulate value propositions Familiarity with GenAI and ML concepts * Experience with both Azure and AWS environments preferred
