Your role will be central to shaping strategic decisions through data analysis, providing a competitive edge at both national and sub-national levels. You\xe2\x80\x99ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in healthcare data and problem-solving orientation will drive the success of multiple cross-functional teams.   • You will act as a strategic partner to the Commercial team, guiding brand planning, performance analysis, and initiative assessments.
  • You will collaborate with commercial leadership and other teams to deliver summaries and suggestions that optimize strategic programs.
  • You will develop, maintain, and manage performance reporting, working with functional leaders to measure and analyze key initiatives.
  • You will lead advanced analytics projects, such as ROI analysis of strategic initiatives, ensuring actionable outcomes for the Commercial team.
  • You will clearly explain modeling assumptions and data to stakeholders, including senior leadership, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • You will manage vendor relationships with external consultants and data partners to support commercial objectives.
  • You will execute ad-hoc analysis projects and ensure that all data and reporting meet high compliance and quality standards.

  • Your proficiency in developing and maintaining Excel-based models, especially in the pharmaceutical/MedTech healthcare space, sets you apart.
  • You are familiar with healthcare data and market research, with fluency in both English and Japanese.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • You have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in analytics, business, finance, computer science, information systems, or a similar field.
  • You have experience in the diabetes market, consulting in healthcare strategic business analysis, and assessing opportunities for early-to-mid stage assets.
  • You bring experience in managing vendor relationships and handling secondary data sources like sales, prescription data, medical claims, and remittance data.

Experience and Education Requirements:
  • You have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with 13+ years of industry experience.
  • You bring 5-8 years of people management experience, demonstrating strong leadership skills and empathy in building and managing teams.
