Senior Manager, Finance - Asset Management (perm role)Role requirements:1.Lead and manage a team of 5 to ensure:
the accounting record is maintained and financial statement is prepared in adherence IFRS and Group internal policies and standards.
Accurate and timely submission of regulatory, statutory and internal financial reporting submissions.
2.Ensure all intercompany recharges are billed promptly and accurately.3.Responsible for treasury function4.Responsible for expense analysis and reporting to senior management, head office and stakeholders5.Manage the expense payment process and ensure payments are timely and accurate.6.Establish robust operational controls and processes for continuous improvement, increased efficiency and productivity.7.Maintain a strong and collaborative working partnership with all teams and support stakeholders effectively on all Finance operation related matters.8.Identify opportunities, drive system automation and support strategic system initiatives by Group.9.Guide, coach and mentor team members on professional and/or personal development.10.Promote workplace positivity through staff engagement and communication that encourages growth mindset.You have following:
Degree in Accounting/Finance with relevant accounting qualification
At least 12 years of commercial experience
Prior experience in traditional Fund Management industry
Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Driven, hands-on and able to multi-task
Eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
Knowledge of Power Query, Power BI or other analytical tool will be an advantage
