  • Develop and execute strategy to drive acquisition and optimization of Small and Medium Business Portfolio
  • Drive client decision making through production of tailored presentations and client analysis
  • Define project scope, tasks, goals, and deliverable and manage project activities through the sales cycles.
  • Transition project to core support and implementations teams to reach market scalability goals and define production support framework
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gain feedback for continuous improvements
  • Develop own product expertise over time to proactively advocate, as a subject matter expert to clients, end users, partners and internal stakeholders which will require a deep understanding of product functionality and roadmap, regulatory and compliance matters, technology and operational environment of clients, including major operational risk issues
  • Effectively navigate problem solving opportunities which vary widely in nature.
  • Ensure compliance with products, brand, and risk management standards
  • Leverage appropriate Visa assets and resources to provide an exceptional implementation and integration experience to clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal key stakeholders.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

What you will need:

You are a problem solver, good at communication and has an acumen for commecialising technology. Smart, driven and want to make a difference in the world? You\'ll fit right in!

8-10 years\' experience involving product management, presales consulting or commercializing products (preferably with small and medium business segment).
Skilled in project management and designing comprehensive solutions that are relevant to the client\'s needs.
Proven record of accomplishment of success with evidence of supporting high performance teams to deliver transformational change.
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills that can effectively engage and influence closing an opportunity with market sales teams as a subject matter expert.
Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders and create project teams with cross functional teams
Keen attention to detail and organized and committed to execution and continuous product enhancement.
A proactive and collaborative problem-solver who can work independently with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders including senior executives.
Understanding the evolving landscape of payments and Fintechs and the impact it has in financial services.

What will also help:

Experience in client engagement in product management and specialist roles
Demonstrated ability to research, understand business process and to propose ideas to deliver solutions
Has worked in SME or Large Corporate focused roles, adept at gathering required internal approvals, managing launch plans and communications. This requires the ability to own and deliver a plan or to work collaboratively on larger projects.
Understand the macro trends impacting payments, banks and financial services and assimilate the information to develop value propositions and execute client adoption
