Job Description
Responsibilities
- Facilitate registration for patients
- Answering patient enquiries
- Updating of patient records in the system
- Booking of appointments
- Processing cash and other modes of payments
- Perform financial counselling
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum NITEC/Diploma holder
- Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work staggered working hours due to opening(7.50am) and closing(7pm) of clinic
- Open to travel to cover IMH clinics at following locations (Buangkok Green Medical Park, Outram - Health Promotion Board, Queenstown Polyclinic & Geylang Polyclinic)
