Job Description
Responsibilities * Facilitate registration for patients * Assists and chaperons patients when required * Assist in parameter taking for patients * Assists in the observation of patients and reports any change of behaviours to the Senior N Responsibilities Facilitate registration for patients Assists and chaperons patients when required Assist in parameter taking for patients Assists in the observation of patients and reports any change of behaviours to the Senior Nurse Manager / Nurse Manager / Nurse Manager / Nurse Clinician / Staff Nurse Answering patient enquiries Updating of patient records in the system Booking of appointments Processing cash and other modes of payments Perform financial counselling Ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements Minimum A Level/Diploma holder Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Able to work staggered working hours due to opening (7.30am) and closing (5.30pm) of clinic Open to travel to cover IMH clinics at Buangkok Green Medical Park on adhoc basis We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
