Job Description
Responsibilities * Facilitate registration for patients * Answering patient enquiries * Updating of patient records in the system * Booking of appointments * Processing cash and other modes of payments * Perform financial couns Responsibilities Facilitate registration for patients Answering patient enquiries Updating of patient records in the system Booking of appointments Processing cash and other modes of payments Perform financial counselling Ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements . Minimum NITEC/Diploma holder . Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others . Good communication and interpersonal skills . Proficient in Microsoft Office applications . Able to work staggered working hours due to opening(7.50am) and closing(7pm) of clinic . Open to travel to cover IMH clinics at following locations (Buangkok Green Medical Park, Outram - Health Promotion Board, Queenstown Polyclinic & Geylang Polyclinic) . Able to start immediately or at short notice Candidates with relevant experience could be considered for a Senior role.
