Job summary
We are looking for an innovative, highly motivated, and experienced Sr. Product Manager to build a best in class reward offer platform to power Amazon customer engagement programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and analyzing go-big product investment plan for reward based program platform, from back-end capabilities to customer facing features. You will build scalable, configurable and self-service platforms to empower business team in building reward programs that delight customers and drive shopping engagement. You will also be responsible for the customer experience on how customers interact with these reward programs and ensure a high level of quality and cohesiveness across them.

Key job responsibilities

  • Quantify business opportunities by continually assessing the needs of the internal and external customer, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Define product vision with detailed product roadmap to get there
  • Build configurable and self-service Marketing tech products that enable marketers to rapidly launch reward engagement experiments with zero or minimum tech efforts
  • Influence development of existing engagement programs owned by marketing business teams and evangelize the use of your products
  • Drives product discussions (e.g. vision, goals, tenets, roadmap, narratives, MBR/QBR, status) with leadership and stakeholder
  • Partner with international stakeholders, share and learn worldwide best practices and create synergy between countries with similar needs


  • MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology
  • Strong analytical skills (including SQL)
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience scaling programs globally
