As the home of inspiration for over 550 million people, creativity is key to achieving success on Pinterest, and our Global Brand & Creative Solutions team is an essential partner to unlocking the potential of the platform for advertisers. The business goals for Pinterest are ambitious and unlocking new global markets and channels is key to our strategy. As a key department within the Global Sales Organization, we are looking for a Sr Program Manager to support sales teams in these new markets with creative solutions that will fuel our relationships with advertising partners. The role will flex your skills around creative strategy, cross-functional coordination, Pinterest ad product expertise, digital advertising and brand building principles.
What you'll do:

  • Develop compelling narratives and creative strategies for new audiences and channels
  • Facilitate regular training sessions with our global sales teams across multiple time zones
  • Effectively package and deliver effective pitches that can help unlock opportunities for some of our newest advertising partners and markets
  • Maintain deep understanding of Pinterest advertising best practices, creative capabilities, ad formats and local market trends
  • Serve as internal expert for sales channels; providing clear and actionable updates or feedback to team leadership regarding product adoption, business trends and local market needs
  • Understands the challenges and successful techniques for building brands; can marry that knowledge with Pinterest ads to develop programs that drive upper funnel success
  • Work collaboratively within a global cross-functional team
What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience within an agency, platform or brand environment, or transferable skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or any relevant degree
  • Candidates with a breadth and diversity of experiences, educational backgrounds, and perspectives. Ideal candidates have previous experience working with or in an agency environment
  • Ability to evaluate research trends and data to inform strategic recommendations; both to advertisers and our internal product teams
  • Strong communicator with acute attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously at different milestones
  • Ability to develop clear and compelling presentation materials and creative pitches
  • Understanding of digital advertising platforms, formats and trends
  • Experience building collaborative relationships with multiple internal stakeholders
  • Someone who confidently clears their own roadblocks to drive a project to completion

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2x / week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Singapore office.
