Job summary
We are looking for an experienced program manager to lead our regional efforts in APAC. You will identify and prevent e-commerce abuse by liasing with multiple teams to desig and implement policies, tools and technology innovations to protect customers. You will partner with numerous Amazon teams including Retail Categories, Marketplace, Product Quality & Safety, Public Relations, Legal, Compliance, and Brand Registry. You will be the primary point of contact for Amazon leadership in APAC on complex abuse topics and you will improve the way Amazon protects customers from fraud and abuse. You will own cross functional projects and mechanisms for TSE APAC.
This is an opportunity that requires a critical thinker with strong organizational, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. At the core of the position is passion for protecting Amazon’s reputation and the customer experience and trust.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders locally and around the world
Partner with Legal, PR, and Investigations to quickly handle and resolve critical challenges.
Create policies, strategies, and processes to protect buyers and enable business growth
Own cross functional projects and issues for TSE APAC
Own mechanisms that allow TSE APAC to track issues and engage with stakeholders effectively
Dive deep into data to find patterns for the challenges that buyers face while shopping on Amazon.
Conceptualize and launch large scale programs to resolve issues.
Track program progress and provide visibility to leadership.

Amazon's Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) team works to ensure that buyers receive authentic products. We design and implement policies, tools and technology innovations to protect the buying experience on Amazon while minimizing friction for sellers.
Strong experience in stakeholder and program management
Ability to balance conflicting priorities and remain extremely organized
Experience in counterfeit protection, investigations, claims, and abuse roles a plus
Proven ability to work autonomously, triage and prioritize work, and operate in ambiguity
