Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance of reference data (Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Organizations) as essential for UK Production.
- Perform research, phone verification, and database matches to gather information from third parties that will augment the completeness or accuracy of reference data.
- Receive and respond to Client Data Inquiries.
- Follow standard practices and business procedures.
- Performs ad hoc data analysis and participates on various process improvement as needed.
- Ensure data cleanup of databases
- Perform functions as directed by the supervisor
Job Skills and Qualifications:
- College Graduate or with at least 1-year experience in BPO industry
- Written and oral communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Familiarity with the UK Healthcare delivery structure/system is an advantage
- Must be a team player and able to work under time constraint
