With annual sales of $17 billion, we have over 50,000 employees and serve more than 350,000 customers within pharmaceutical and biotech companies, hospitals and clinical diagnostic labs, universities, research institutions and government agencies, as well as in environmental and process control industries.Scientific Support SpecialistPosition Summary:The position is in the Performance Testing Laboratory team.The candidate must have some chemical knowledge so as to allow better understanding of the test methodologies on finished products, special products, special project.Specialist must have a keen eye for details, systematic and be able to perform tasks based on formalized procedures.Job Responsibilities:Process and post all technical data to work request management and submission system.Conduct all assigned work with compliance to meet our organization\xe2\x80\x99s safety and quality requirements.Gain direction from Team Leader on work assignments.Replenish and check laboratory samples, consumables, and reagent inventory, Maintain equipment records.Perform daily laboratory housekeeping and routine basic equipment maintenance.Communicate immediately any product testing deviation, instrumentation failures/issues, or any other laboratory anomalies directly to Team Leader. Qualifications and Criteria

• Possesses a Diploma in Sciences or Engineering with 0 - 1 years of laboratory experience and able to complete test methods timely and high accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective communication with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally
• Being a great teammate to the team and highly skilled to work constructively in teams under time pressure.
• Good English communicative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software
• Systematic and detail orientated at work.
