Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTION:
Acting as the customer advocate for problem resolution.
Demonstrate superior customer service skills.
Demonstrate technical support competence on one or more computing platforms.
Demonstrate technical support competence on standard business shrink wrap applications.
Demonstrate technical support competence on proprietary applications.
Occasionally provides backup support to other members of the team.
Qualifications And Requirements
Qualifications:

  • ATLEAST 3 to 5 YEAR TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE, SERVICE DESK, DESKTOP EXPERIENCE. (BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING OF HARDWARE & SOFTWARE, INTERNET ISSUES, LOGIN ISSUES) experience or SERVICE DESK support Experience.
  • Amenable with shifting schedules, working during holidays and weekends.
  • Amenable with rendering overtime if needed.
  • Knowledge with MFA, AD, O365, Network Printer, VPN Admin experience
  • Good communications skills is a must
  • Has experience in App sys admin support (e.g. Jobpac, aconex, concur)
