Has over 8 years of experience of Business Process Modelling, Requirement gathering and documentation
Analyse the gaps between customer expectations against application capabilities.
Has documented user requirements, functional specifications and test case
Good understanding of technical writing maxims.
Design, develop, and maintain documentation deliverables in many formats to best meet the users' needs.
Research and translate technical information into user-oriented information for non-technical and technican audiences.
Good at understanding product behavior and be able to produce documents like, User Manuals, Brochures, Inserts, Case Study, White papers that suit business needs.
Proficient to use various Technical documentation tools like, Frame maker, Robohelp, Visio, Snag IT, and MS Office Suite.
Healthcare Domain Knowledge
Qualifications / Skill Sets 
Graduate in any stream 
Good command over grammar, spelling, and technical writing maxims. 
Good Knowledge of documentation tools like Frame maker, Robohelp, Visio, Snag IT, and MS Office Suite. 
Healthcare domain knowledge will be essential. 
