Responsibility of the Position

Responsibilities

• Support in the origination of various financing initiatives for Lenovo leasing business, including financing negotiation
• Manage and administer all financing programme of Lenovo leasing business
• Review of new leasing deals
• Support in other working capital financing programme
• Monitoring, Tracking and Reporting of all financing matters for leasing projects
• Managing approval process for leasing projects
• Support the development of information system.

KPIs

Key Performance Indicators / Success Metric

• Financing - Managing of external funder if projects are to be fund with asset financing institutions. For internally funded projects, individual will need to collaborate with Treasury to manage the financing of leasing projects. In addition, to assist in other working capital financing effort as and required.

Key Functional Skills

• Experience and knowledge in financing of leasing assets
• Effective organization, time management, and follow-up skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to elicit confidence from technical and executive audiences.
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation

Specification & Requirement

Education/ Qualification

Must Have:

• Treasury education, preferable a degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration

Desired:

• Other qualifications, e.g. ACCA, CA, CFA, CPA, CTP is desirable

Work Experience

Must Have

• At least 8 years\' experience in treasury, financing, banking or corporate finance, especially in the asset leasing industry
• Structed though process and strong analytical reasoning ability
• Self-starter and comfortable working in a ambiguity, meticulous, result-oriented and execution-focused environment
• .Proficient in MS suite of programs.
• Strong team player with positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Inquisitive, responsible, responsive and can prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment

Desired:

• Familiarity with SAP would be beneficial
