We are looking for a seasoned Senior SSIS Developer with a strong background in data integration and ETL development, particularly using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). While the primary focus of this role is SSIS development, a working knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SSIS and related technologies, with the ability to support CRM integrations, customizations, and enhancements as needed. You'll solve problems using CRM solutions as you liaise between Avanade clients and project teams made up of Project Managers, Back-End and Front-End (UX) Architects, and other CE professionals. Skills and experiences

6+ years of experience

with SSIS and ETL processes in enterprise environments. Strong command of

SQL Server

, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Proficient in

C#

and

object-oriented programming

. Familiarity with

Dynamics 365 CRM

customization and solution management. Experience with

Bitbucket

,

Web API

,

JavaScript

, and

RESTful services

. Understanding of

DevOps practices

, especially with

Jenkins

pipelines. Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Good to Have:


Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics certifications. Experience with SSIS and KingswaySoft tools. ReactJS experience for front-end development.

What you'll do

SSIS Development (Primary):

o Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
o Integrate data from various sources into Dynamics 365 and other internal systems.
o Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot SSIS jobs to ensure efficient and reliable data flow.

CRM Customization & Integration (Secondary):

o Customize Dynamics 365 entities, attributes, views, forms, and workflows.
o Use

C# Web APIs

to develop integrations between CRM and other systems.
o Utilize tools like XRM Toolbox and REST APIs for CRM data manipulation.

Version Control & DevOps:

o Use

Bitbucket

for version control and collaboration.
o Participate in CI/CD pipelines using tools such as

Jenkins

for deploying data and CRM solutions.

Development & Testing:

o Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in

C#

and

JavaScript

.
o Conduct unit testing using frameworks that mock CRM Context and Http Context.
