Job Title: SSRS/SSIS Developer - Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient SSRS/SSIS Developer Lead to join our Data & BI team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of business intelligence solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). The candidate should have strong data warehousing knowledge, a track record of leading small to mid-size BI teams and delivering scalable reporting and ETL solutions.

Mandatory Skills

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and maintenance of SSRS reports and SSIS ETL packages Gather and understand reporting/ETL requirements from stakeholders Design efficient ETL processes to support data integration and warehousing needs Optimize report performance and ensure high availability of reporting systems Provide technical mentorship to junior developers Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting Work closely with DBAs, Data Architects, and business analysts to deliver data solutions Maintain documentation for solutions, processes, and best practices Ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance standards in project execution

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Microsoft certifications in SQL Server / BI stack preferred

Technical Skills

SSRS, SSIS, T-SQL, SQL Server 2016/2019/2022 Experience with SQL Server Agent, Job Scheduling, and automation Familiarity with source control tools (Git, TFS) Working knowledge of Power BI (a plus) Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse - desirable)

Good to Have

Work Experience

7+ years of professional experience in SSRS/SSIS Minimum 2 years in a technical lead or senior developer capacity
