Job description
In your new role you will:

• Be the global and regional IT partner towards a B2B Community: key stakeholders from internal business, IT and trading partners
• Gather B2B requirements, create mapping specifications and perform change requests.
• Manage end-to-end B2B implementation life-cycle
• Deliver B2B services effectively and efficiently; aware of service management in the area of operation and change management
• Analyse B2B incidents, identify root causes and provide recommendations or resolutions.
• Coordinate with an external IT support Team and work closely with the B2B Architect and Managers

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in computer science or information systems or business administration
• At least 5 years\' experience in the B2B arena or a comparable role as a Business Analyst
• Experience in B2B integration technologies, preferably WebMethods.
• Familiar with EDI message standards (RosettaNet, EDIFACT, ANSI X12) and other

common interface file format such as JSON, csv, IDoc, xml, etc. * Strong communication skills to cooperate successfully with internal and external business partners and suppliers in an international environment

• Possess knowledge in area of order processing, shipping, manufacturing, procurement and CRM in regards to B2B context. Experience in SAP/IDoc will be added advantage.
• Experience in project management for B2B integration project, partner boarding and operation support
