Roles & Responsibilities Role:

• Individual contributor role, where you will report to the Head of the department to develop business proposals to secure new clients and tender bids projects.
• Develop existing clients and generate business from existing clients.
• Working with internal teams, you will identify project needs while managing clients expectations during briefs and presentation. You will also be equipped with market opportunity and competitors services.
• Need to run a business within a business
• Come up with creative concepts and pitching it to direct clients
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an effective project deliverable.
• A thorough understanding on the recruitment lifecycle and able to overcome the challenges thrown by both client's and candidate's.

• You will have minimum 4 years of experience in business development within IT Services / Recruitment or Staffing industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract hiring or professional services business.
• Strong experience in generating business from clients quarter on quarter basis.
• Strong experience in working under KPI driven model.
• Achiever and someone who is willing to roll down the sleeves and generate business.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to work within a team.
• You will have good analytical and problem solving skills
• An individual who is able to cope up with the fast paced environment and who is SLA driven.
